About Me
My name is Karissa Brady, I am a qualified naturopath who provides dietary & lifestyle advice, flower essences, herbal prescriptions and nutritional supplements within clinic to support you in bringing about renewed wellness and restoration of your health.

I am a Mother, Partner, Sister, Daughter & Aunty and have been driven in providing my knowledge and services for the wellness of my community. I grew up in the traditional lands of the Gabi Gabi tribe (Sunshine Coast) and have moved to practice in the traditional lands of the Wakka Wakka tribe (South Burnett region). I aim to support my community in all things; along with one on one consultations, I also offer affordable and educational workshops once a month & home visits for those who are unable to travel, or are immobile.
I came to study natural medicine from a lifetime of health complaints myself which were not being addressed by the medical system. I had suffered gut disturbances and severe eczema since being a young girl and had not received the outcomes I was hoping for. I began to research on my own ways to help myself, and found a wealth of remedies and alternative options that were unknown in the contemporary medical system. I found great success in these options and began seeing a naturopath myself.
I have a great interest in all thing's health related. If you have a health concern or any ailments that require addressing book in today, ill be happy to support you on your journey.

My Philosophy
I believe that community is everything, that in the world we live in we should be able to depend on those around us. Therefore I strive to be a practitioner that is active within my community, I wish to be able to spread my knowledge of the body and of health to support those around me.

I also believe that you should be involved and educated in the choices surrounding your health, often we can be swept up in the medical world especially when we don't understand exactly what is happening to us and why.
This is why I adhere to the Six Naturopathic Principles set by the forefathers of naturopathic medicine; the fourth being ''Docere'' Doctor as Teacher. I strive to educate you as much as possible in order for you to be the driver in your journey towards health and wellness, I am only a mere passenger with the map guiding you the way, but you have control of which direction we will go.
